Writ Department

The Writ Department handles the following:

Issuance of:

• All summons, subpoenas and various writs for service
• Register Foreign Judgment and transcripts of judgments
• Garnishments, execution, writ of assistance, order of sale, writ of replevin, restitutions, habeas corpus, writ of mandamus and other writs prepared in accordance to statutes and court rules
• Distribute 'What About the Children?' information in cases involving custody of children
• File Petitions for Judicial by-pass
