Writ Department
The Writ Department handles the following:
Issuance of:
- All summons, subpoenas and various writs for service
- Register Foreign Judgment and transcripts of judgments
- Garnishments, execution, writ of assistance, order of sale, writ of replevin, restitutions, habeas corpus, writ of mandamus and other writs prepared in accordance to statutes and court rules
- Distribute 'What About the Children?' information in cases involving custody of children
- File Petitions for Judicial by-pass
