You will need to provide the Docket and Page number of your case. Please be aware that our office is not notified of every court date set.  Your best source for information regarding hearing dates is your attorney.

Protection Orders/Harassment and Domestic Abuse  

Fill out the "Request for Hearing" form that was served with the protection order and return to our office within 5 calendar days from the date you were served.

You must come to the Courthouse and fill out an affidavit explaining why you wish to dismiss the order. 

You will need I.D. as this needs to be notarized.
